We focus on investing in stocks and shares of non-public companies at an increasing stage of development, which are characterized with a concentrated ownership structure and with limitations in obtaining debt capital or limitations in financing significant contact. They are oftentimes family capital companies transformed from partnerships or business activities. We do not invest in companies at an early stage of development.

We grant loans up to 60% of the market value of real estate – both commercial and residential, as long-term financing for any purpose. We offer highly competitive interest and commission conditions on the Polish private loan market.

Both loan agreements, internal regulations of the lender’s operations and the establishment of collateral meet the highest legal standards. We do not use any other types of loan repayment collateral apart from establishing a mortgage.

We verify the client in terms of their ability to reimburse the loan amount and costs.

The loss of solvency by both entrepreneurs and private individuals with valuable assets, in particular real estate, generates interesting investment opportunities and complements our investment portfolio.

Participation in the restructuring of enterprises in various forms, acquisition of assets under bankruptcy or court enforcement, as well as debt relief for natural persons allows for the profits taking related to the temporary discount of assets.

Through specialized external entities, we finance development investments, support land owners in increasing their value by properly carrying out land planning processes, and manage development projects.
